The sacred yak of Mani Rimdu l SLICE I Full documentary

 Pfou Tchotar is a 77 year old Sherpa who lives in Khumbu, in the North-East of Nepal. He lives with his family, and in particular with his grandson Soname who is seriously ill. To try to save him, according to Himalayan legends, Pfou Tchotar must go and get his white Yak in the high pastures and then go down to the valley. There, on the occasion of the religious festival of Mani Rimdu, he will offer his white Yak, the sacred animal of the Sherpas, to the gods of the mountain. Will he manage to accomplish his mission and save his grandson?
