La Première ministre britannique Theresa May a annoncé mercredi l'expulsion de 23 diplomates russes du Royaume-Uni, après avoir jugé la Russie "coupable" de l'empoisonnement de l'ex-espion russe Sergueï Skripal sur le sol britannique. La cheffe du gouvernement a également annoncé la "suspension des contacts bilatéraux" avec Moscou. La Russie disposait jusqu'ici de 59 diplomates accrédités au Royaume-Uni.
