Shocked by explosion in Bangkok, UN chief hopes perpetrators will be ‘brought to justice’

 UN, 17 August 2015 – United Nations Secretary-General ban Ki-moon was shocked to learn of an explosion today close to a shrine in the centre of Thailand’s capital, Bangkok, which caused the loss of life of innocent civilians.
