Duterte calls EU parliamentarians crazy for criticizing drug war

The president of the Philippines called members of the European Parliament crazy for criticizing his war on drugs and urged them to stop meddling in the country's affairs, according to media reports Monday.


"I don't get these crazy people. Why are you trying to impose on us? Why don't you mind your own business?" Rodrigo Duterte said Sunday night in an address to the Philippine community in Naypyidaw, the capital of Myanmar, at the start of his tour of Southeast Asia, according to Philippine television.
